Beattie Master Pool & Spa in Saginaw, MI is now hiring seasonal Retail Associates! We are a family owned company and are looking for hard working, energetic people to help prepare our customers for the upcoming season. This role is key to leaving a lasting impression with each customer, and is also key in maintaining client relationships by upholding our high standards for customer service. This position is perfect for a local college student.
Primary Responsibilities and Details:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in getting appropriate products
- Conduct water tests
- Utilize the companies POS system to cash out customers and administer returns
- Collaborate with other team members to keep the showroom area clean and organized
- Assist in maintaining shelves are stocked
- Interacting with customers on a daily basis in a professional manner

Beattie Master Pool & Spa in Saginaw, MI is now hiring two seasonal Pool Technicians! We area family owned company and are looking for hard working, energetic people to help prepare our pools for the upcoming season. The Pool Technician will be working directly with a supervisor to meet the needs of our clients. This role is key to leaving a lasting impression with each customer, and is also key in maintaining client relationships by upholding our high standards for customer service. This is physically demanding position and training is provided on all aspects of the job.
Primary Responsibilities and Details:
- General knowledge in plumbing, electrical and gas as it relates to pools, however, will train the right candidate
- Interacting with customers on a daily basis in a professional manner
- Hours are Monday-Friday with paid overtime
- Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions
- You will be required to sit, kneel, squat, crawl, reach, stoop, stand for long periods as well as ride in a company vehicle for extended periods
Required Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Beattie Master Pool & Spa in Saginaw, MI is now hiring three seasonal Construction Laborers! We are a family owned company and are looking for hard working, energetic people to help prepare our pools for the upcoming season. The Construction Laborer will be working directly under the Construction Foreman to assist will all phases of daily tasks. This is a physically demanding position and training is provided on all aspects of the job. This position is perfect for a local college student.
Primary Responsibilities and Details:
- Follow directions given by the Construction Manager
- Perform all duties assigned by Construction Manager
- Physical strength and ability to perform manual labor for an extended period of time are essential
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Hours are Monday-Friday with paid overtime
- Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including standing in the sun for long periods of time
Required Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Follow instructions to ensure the safety of entire team
- No construction background necessary, we are willing to train the right candidate
